DUE PROCESS UNLOCKED: A DEEP DIVE INTO ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE
This four-day, live-in Regional Enhancement Training on July 29 to August 1, 2025 aims to (i) Foster efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of existing rules on Administrative Cases among Investigating Committee members; (ii) Enhance participants’ knowledge of current legal concepts and relevant jurisprudence on administrative offenses and proceedings in the civil service; (iii) Deepen understanding of the implementation and operationalization of existing Civil Service rules and regulations governing Administrative Justice; and (iv) Develop practical competencies necessary for the efficient and effective investigation of administrative complaints filed against DepEd personnel.
